Корейцы заанонсили номад-визу. Обещают запустить подачу с 1 января 2024 года. По традиции, условия как всегда туманны и отсылают к заявлению министерства

Что известно на данный момент:

- Виза дается на 2 года. Можно ли сконвертировать в внж после - далеко не факт, учитывая миграционные политики азиатских стран
- Основное требование - доход от 66'000$/год. По опыту других стран, подразумевается до налогов (gross)
- Можно получить dependent визу для партнера и детей
- Работать на компанию в Корее нельзя. Работа должна быть удаленной
- Подача в корейском посольстве страны проживания

The Koreans have announced the nomad visa. They promise to launch its application from January 1, 2024. Traditionally, the conditions are as vague as ever and refer to the ministry's statement.

What is known at the moment:

- The visa is granted for 2 years. Whether it can be converted into a permanent residence permit afterwards is far from certain, given the migration policies of Asian countries
- The main requirement is an income of $66,000/year. Based on the experience of other countries, this refers to before taxes (gross)
- It's possible to obtain a dependent visa for a partner and children
- It's not allowed to work for a company in Korea. The work must be remote
- The application is made at the Korean embassy in the country of residence
