В Москве после Японии чувствуется просто какой-то адских колхоз во всей инфраструктуре. Даже гуляешь по центру, типа лубянки / Китай-Города - все равно, просто на каждом шагу косяки. Где-то это косяк строителей, где-то кривой дизайн, где-то просто засранность. При этом, чтобы починить всё, нужно не так уж много денег. Но человеческая тупость и похуизм сильнее.

In Moscow, after Japan, you can just feel some hellish shoddiness in the entire infrastructure. Even when you're walking around the center, like Lubyanka or China Town - there are still mistakes at every turn. Sometimes it's the builders' fault, sometimes it's bad design, and sometimes it's just plain shoddiness. At the same time, it doesn't take that much money to fix everything. But human stupidity and apathy are stronger.
