Спустя три года пришло решение ЕСПЧ по административке 2 февраля 2021. Россия правда уже два года как не в Совете Европы и минюст нифига не платит, но формально сумма за мной закреплена. Задел на будущее, так сказать. Проценты-то капают😁

Three years later, the ECHR's decision on the administrative case was issued on February 2, 2021. Russia has indeed not been a member of the Council of Europe for two years, and the Ministry of Justice isn't paying at all, but formally, the amount is still reserved for me.
