Я ебал, почему местный центр госуслуг снаружи выглядит как ларёк с шаурмой?)))

Ещё конечно единственную услугу, которая нужна новоприезжему (получение Health Card), он не оказывает. Пиздуй в головной офис, стой в очереди с такими же лохами
