Наконец-то подписал договор аренды апартмента в этой дыре)) Через неделю как заеду, будет обзор.
А пока вот вам лучшие виды из того, что я успел отсмотреть. Это один из самых козырных районов, так как тут пересекаются две ветки метро (а в Торонто их всего две😂). К сожалению, норм хаты с такими панорамами нарасхват, остаются либо очень дорогие, либо очень маленькие.
Фото сняты на 30-40 этажах. Стоимость студий в этом районе начинается от 2200 C$ (1620$). Апарты с отдельной спальней от 2400 C$ (1780$). И это цены упали с прошлого года!

For now, here are the best views I've managed to check out. This is one of the most prestigious areas, as two metro lines intersect here (and there are only two in Toronto😂). Unfortunately, decent apartments with such panoramas are snapped up quickly, leaving either very expensive or very small options.
The photos were taken on the 30th-40th floors. The cost of studios in this area starts at C$2,200 (US$1,620). Apartments with a separate bedroom start at C$2,400 (US$1,780). And these prices have even dropped since last year!
