Ещё понравившиеся мне фотки даунтауна.

На одной из них видно перекрытую улицу - это так проходил фестиваль кино в начале сентября. Круто, когда нет машин, но как назло закрыли и все трамваи, из-за чего мне приходилось 20 минут топать до метро.

На третьей - схрон великов. Здесь их реально много, и кататься вполне реально (недавно об этом писал). Ещё бы и подешевле были, я бы вообще проездной выкинул))

На пятой - пути на главный вокзал города. Потуги развивать общественный транспорт все же встречаются, и на поездах реально доехать до соседних городов, в том числе Ниагары

More photos of downtown that I liked.

In one of them, you can see a blocked street - this is how the film festival was going on in early September. It's cool when there are no cars, but unfortunately, all the trams were closed, so I had to walk 20 minutes to the subway.

In the third one - a bike stash. There are really a lot of bikes here, and it's quite possible to ride them (I recently wrote about this). If they were cheaper, I would have thrown away my transit pass altogether))

In the fifth one - the tracks to the city's main station. Attempts to develop public transport do exist, and it's really possible to get to neighboring cities by train, including Niagara Falls.
