The planning of the city's budget for 2025 has begun, and on the official website, they're offering the opportunity to fill out a survey about how the city's money should be spent. I also filled it out, thankfully, you don't have to be a citizen to do this.
The questionnaire is quite short, collecting information about what people want the money to be spent on and what they want to be cut. It also raises the question of which services should be subsidized from the provincial/state budget.
I was amused that you can choose the Russian language))

Later, there will be another opportunity to attend a consultation with the mayor and members of the budget committee and ask your questions.
