Запрыгнув на скоростной поезд прямо из аэропорта, за два часа я добрался до Страсбурга, небольшого французского города на границе с Германией. Известен он хотя бы тем, что здесь располагаются сразу несколько гос-органов Европы: и Европейский парламент, и ЕСПЧ, и Совет Европы.

Но бюрократия нам не очень интересна, поэтому будем лучше смотреть, как французы обустроили этот скромный город на 300'000 человек

After hopping on a high-speed train straight from the airport, I reached Strasbourg, a small French city on the border with Germany, in just two hours. It's known, at the very least, for being home to several European government institutions: the European Parliament, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Council of Europe.

But bureaucracy isn't really our thing, so let's instead take a look at how the French have developed this modest city of 300,000 people.
