Here, in a historic building, is the Mandarin Oriental hotel (considered the best in Munich), and just behind it is the largest beer hall, Hofbräuhaus. There's a lot of classicism and a touch of traditional German style, with pedestrian streets adorned with greenery and quaint little houses.
