#Амстердам и проблемы с мусором

Я не могу пройти мимо этой темы, так как хоть я местами и даю скидку многим городам (как никак до Японии всем далеко), но даже по Европейским меркам это уже чересчур.

Весь центр буквально загажен сигаретными бычками. Тот случай, когда хочется просто запретить курение в черте города. К вечеру же происходит какая-то вакханалия, и на улице оказывается чья-то еда, мешки с мусором, которым не нашли место... и чей-то толчок, втф?

Ощущение что власти Амстердама не энфорсят правила от слова совсем, допуская то, что во многих других городах посчитали бы дикостью.

#Amsterdam and the problems with trash

I can't ignore this topic, because although I sometimes give many cities a pass (after all, everyone is far from Japan), even by European standards, this is too much.

The entire center is literally littered with cigarette butts. It's a case where you just want to ban smoking in the city. By evening, there's some kind of bacchanalia going on, and on the street you find someone's food, bags of trash that they couldn't find a place for... and someone's urine, WTF?

It feels like the Amsterdam authorities don't enforce the rules at all, allowing things that would be considered barbaric in many other cities.
