Думал, брать жилье в Бангкоке или в Куала-Лумпуре, но в Таиланде сейчас видимо сезон/праздники и там цены подскочили где-то в полтора раза от того, сколько обычно отдавал. А в Малайзии урвал лакомый кусочек. За эту красоту относительно близко к центру (улицы рестиков прям через дорогу, башни петронас в паре километров пешком) отдал всего лишь 30$/ночь. Для контекста - в Сеуле я снимал за 68$/ночь в паре станций от Гангнам (своего рода центр), в Гонконге в центральном районе было 110$/ночь

I was thinking of renting accommodation in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur, but it seems that Thailand is currently in the peak season/holiday period, and the prices there have risen by about half compared to what I usually pay. But in Malaysia, I got a great deal. For this beautiful place relatively close to the city center (restaurant streets just across the road, the Petronas Towers a few kilometers away on foot), I only paid 30$/night. For context - in Seoul, I rented for 68$/night a few stations away from Gangnam (a kind of city center), and in Hong Kong, it was 110$/night in the central district.
