С одним из баров в Шанхае я угадал на все 100%. Если вы фанат коктейлей, не поленитесь, и загляните в Long Bar @ Waldorf Astoria Hotel (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BBVRrkgPSDm9dBsE9).

Бар находится при отеле, в старом здании джентельменского клуба, построенного британцами в начале 20-го века. Мраморный интерьер выполнен в стиле английского ренессанса; работали над ним приглашенные архитекторы из Британии и Японии.

Long Bar появился вместе с клубом, и получил своё название как самый длинный бар в мире на то время. Попасть в него могли только белые люди, при этом места распределялись в соответствии со статусом в обществе.

Сейчас конечно всё это уже в прошлом, и сюда приходят и китайцы, и иностранцы. В баре можно послушать живую музыку и насладиться авторскими коктейлями, разделенными по трендам разных эпох. Цены весьма стандартные (~$20)

Поэтому от меня место получает 10/10 в Шанхае.

I was spot on with one of the bars in Shanghai. If you're a cocktail enthusiast, don't hesitate to visit Long Bar @ Waldorf Astoria Hotel (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BBVRrkgPSDm9dBsE9).

The bar is located within the hotel, in an old building that used to be a gentleman's club built by the British in the early 20th century. The marble interior is in the style of English Renaissance; it was designed by architects from Britain and Japan.

Long Bar was created along with the club and earned its name as the longest bar in the world at the time. Only white people were allowed inside, and seating was allocated according to social status.

Nowadays, of course, all of that is a thing of the past, and both Chinese and foreign visitors come here. In the bar, you can listen to live music and enjoy signature cocktails, categorized by trends from different eras. The prices are quite standard (around $20).

Therefore, from me, this place gets a 10/10 in Shanghai.
