В накидку. Китай - страна большая, поэтому на миллиард человек найдётся дюжина альтернативно-одаренных.

Но мне все же кажется, в большинстве стран Азии нормы поведения в целом гораздо строже, и люди банально стесняются вести себя как-то вызывающе.
В Китае же работает концепт пофигизма вкупе с "хочешь жить, умей вертеться", поэтому получаем вот такое вот поколение тиктокеров, орущих на публике ради просмотров.
