Масштабы вокзала в Суджоу трудно передать через камеру. Но я афигел, когда увидел вход в эту махину размером с семиэтажный дом. Просто сравните колонны с размером людей!

Кстати, я как дурак не посмотрел, когда отходит последний поезд и решил купить билет на месте. Оказалось, что после 23:00 поезда уже не ходят! А я пришёл в 22:00, и смотрю, а на trip.com все билеты распроданы🫠

Но я не сдался, нашёл единственную открытую кассу на весь вокзал, и вместе с каким-то китайскими дедами попытался объяснить продавцу, что мне надо в Шанхай (тыкая на маршрут в телефоне). В итоге он чёт пошаманил, кому-то позвонил, и распечатал нам билеты.

Победа, на улице спать не придётся!

By the way, like an idiot, I didn't check when the last train departed and decided to buy a ticket on the spot. It turned out that there are no more trains after 11:00 PM! And I arrived at 10:00 PM, and I see that all the tickets on trip.com are sold out 🫠

But I didn't give up. I found the only open ticket counter in the entire station, and together with some Chinese grandfathers, I tried to explain to the seller that I needed a ticket to Shanghai (pointing to the route on my phone). In the end, he fiddled around, called someone, and printed our tickets.

Victory! I won't have to sleep on the street!
