в комментах подметили, что по фото Парижа видно, что пешеходам в целом пофиг на правила дорожного движения. Оно и не удивительно, так как все эти нескончаемые светофоры и переходы теряют смысл, если максимально допустимая скорость движения машин в городе с 2021 года - 30км/час
