The genius idiots from Avito have come up with a way to reduce employee costs due to the changing dollar exchange rate (who could have known it wouldn't stay at 60 rubles forever, right?).
The solution is trivial - cut salaries by 30-40%, for those who work outside Russia, and for those who don't agree, let them resign with a one-month compensation.
Similar companies have opened offices in places like Armenia/Georgia, imposing contracts in local currency, forcing people to take on the exchange rate risks of these countries, spending extra time and money on converting it into dollars and rubles. But as soon as problems start in the country that's the main source of profit, they immediately offer to recalculate at the stable exchange rate of their beloved ruble.
Were they warned about this when applying for a job? I don't think so)))
The company, without batting an eye, continues to hire new employees in Russia, presumably because their economic conditions have deteriorated significantly.
