Сходили с приятелем в абсент-бар в Москве. Как сказали, он такой единственный в России))
Атмосфера топ, сделано как понимаю с закосом под фильмы Дэвида Линча, так как интерьер очень напоминает чёрный вигвам из Твин Пикс, а само название бара Silencio по сути отсылает к клубу в другом его фильме. Но сделано без фанатизма, неискушенный зритель вряд ли поймёт отсылки.
Я не сильный фанат абсента, пил его несколько раз в чистом виде и не сказать, что прям заходило, но некий интерес к нему все же был. В норм местах его принято разбавлять водой в пропорциях 1:4 и меньше, чтобы понижать градус до ~17, при котором уже удаётся распробовать травяной вкус ониса и полыни. Наклюкаться им в таком виде практически невозможно, тк напиток остаётся достаточно горьким и растягивается на ~час. Для себя я понял, что больше одного за раз пить все равно не стоит, вторым лучше было бы взять коктейль). От двух порций похмелье с утра есть, но не сильное.
В целом заведение крутое, но напитки сильно на любителя. Пару раз сгонять можно

I went to an absinthe bar in Moscow with a friend. As they said, it's the only one in Russia))
The atmosphere is great, and from what I understand, it's designed with a nod to David Lynch's films, as the interior strongly resembles the black tepee from Twin Peaks, and the bar's name, Silencio, essentially references a club from another one of his films. But it's not done with fanaticism - an uninitiated viewer would hardly understand the references.
I'm not a big fan of absinthe. I've drunk it several times in its pure form and can't say I really enjoyed it, but I still had some interest in it. In normal places, it's customary to dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:4 or less to reduce the alcohol content to ~17%, at which point you can actually taste the herbal flavors of wormwood and mugwort. It's almost impossible to get drunk on it in this form, as the drink remains quite bitter and lasts for about an hour. I realized for myself that it's still not worth drinking more than one glass at a time - it would have been better for my friend to order a cocktail instead). After two servings, I had a slight hangover in the morning, but it wasn't too bad.
Overall, the place is cool, but the drinks are very niche. It's worth visiting a couple of times.
